Focus Chambers Commercial Law provides advice in most areas of civil law including Sale of Goods, injunctions, shareholder agreements and appeals

Commercial Law

I frequently advise on contractual interpretation issues, breaches of contract, when a contract can be terminated and what remedies are available.

I advise on misrepresentation issues, the law of mistake and claims for rectification of a contract.

I have experience of seeking and obtaining injunctions in order to protect a client’s commercial interests.

I advise in relation to everyday business dealings, trading agreements, supply and distribution contracts, retention of title clauses and the recovery of goods.

Advice is given in relation to the rights and obligations arising from the supply of goods and services whether under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 and/or the various Regulations arising from European Legislation.

I also advise in relation to appropriate methods of enforcement of court judgments and civil appeals.
