Focus Chambers Professional Negligence, advising on the alleged negligence of various professionals including those involved in construction

Professional Negligence

I am frequently instructed in professional negligence disputes.

Instructions are received on behalf of professionals, employers of professionals and indemnity insurers.

Most, but not all, instructions relate to the negligence of professionals in the construction industry, the negligence of solicitors or the negligence of valuers.

Although most of my instructions in this area are via a solicitor on occasions instructions have been accepted directly from the professional client.
